Dear Anime El Paso Vendor,
We are so excited that you will be joining us at Anime El Paso! This year’s show promises to bring the best in Anime, Manga, and Japanese culture inspired entertainment to El Paso for a truly epic weekend. We want to make sure that you have a great experience at the show, so please use this letter for the essential details that you need to know as a vendor at Anime El Paso.
You should have received an Exhibitor Packet containing the load-in and tear down times. The event hours are also located in the packet. Please adhere to all the rules in the Exhibitor Packet. I cannot stress enough that you cannot leave excess garbage in the Exhibit Hall after tear down. The event incurs a hefty bill for excess garbage removal. Please take your garbage to one of the dumpsters in the loading dock area. We will be monitoring the tear down and move out process to ensure excess garbage is not left in the Exhibit Hall.
Vendors must wear their wristband while in the venue, no exceptions. A wristband worn around the wrist is required for entry into the venue. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. If your wristband is lost or stolen, you will be required to purchase another for entry into the event. If you have a valid medical reason for not wearing the wristband around your wrist, let us know so an alternative method can be approved.
Additional vendor passes will be sold during load-in at the registration area in the Mount Franklin lobby. Additional vendor passes are limited to 2 per exhibitor. The additional passes will be $50 and carry the same perks as a normal Vendor pass. Additional Vendor Passes are while supplies last.
A vendor pass comes with a few perks. We know you don’t have a lot of time to get a photo-op or autograph since you are manning your booth. Therefore, we allow Vendor Pass holders to use the VIP line. This will allow you to go to the front of the line so you can get back to your booth quickly and continue selling your wares. The venue has also agreed to make a Vendor/VIP line for concessions.
